Our Goal

What we would like to see is a complete list of lakes, campsite descriptions and pictures. But we are only one family. If you would like to help please email us the following:

• Lake Name
• Campsite Number
• Description of your campsite - please answer these questions.
  • How far away is the Comfort Station or Outhouse in minutes or steps?
  • How far away is the water tap?
  • How much privacy does the site have? - Can you see your neighbours? How many neighbours can you see?
  • How far away is the beach for swimming? Do you walk, take your bike or pack the car up for the day?
  • How difficult was it to back in or pull through your equipment?
  • Is the site level, does it have too many roots, do the trees make it difficult to back in, do the trees drop debris on you?
  • What annoyed you the most / what you liked the most about your site?
  • What do you hear, see and smell when you are standing in your site?
• Three pictures - 1 of the campsite poll showing the number, 1 standing in the driveway without any equipment on it, and if possible one standing in the driveway with whatever tent, tent trailer, RV etc you used. This will give future users an idea of what can fit on that site. Any licence plates or names will be blurred for privacy.

Describing the site is the most difficult part because one persons opinions can be different from anothers. Therefore pictures are necessary.
